Absolutely atrocious is an understatement! A very expensive garment was ruined after taking it here. This negative review isn’t about blaming them for the damage to the garment as I can’t be sure whether it was a manufacturing fault or not but, rather, the way it was handled. The owner is aggressive, has no manners and treated me very poorly. She rudely handed the garment back to me, told me the damage is not her problem, brushed me off and offered no solution. I live locally, but would rather drive all the way to Ceduna to find a good dry cleaner than ever go here again!

There is only one dry cleaners in Adelaide which do the right thing by their customers and the staff is well 6 stars for them, I had a repair done and I just couldn't fault her. If you go to Prestige Dry cleaners you will never go anywhere again,, they are definately the best in adelaide maybe even in Australia, Lyn

My partner and I have been using Prestige Dry Cleaners regularly for years. Yes, they may be occasionally grumpy, but I have never had any issues with items that have been cleaned. I will continue to use Prestige Dry Cleaners in the future.

Funny thing too if you look at the 5 star reviews it’s the same name just changed slightly!! Probably the owner.. not fouling anyone 🙄🙄🙄 AND!!!!! Incase you didn’t know ‘prestige’ means .. widespread respect and admiration felt for someone or something on the basis of a perception of their achievements or quality... This isn’t shown to us as customers or to the work through the clothes of mine that have been damaged that you overcharged and don’t care about !! There are no customer service here, just bitter rude ladies!

I agree with all the terrible reviews so far. If I could give no stars I would. The service was atrocious and incredibly rude. I had gone regularly and ignored the mild rudeness but today was terrible. I am never going again and would encourage anyone to avoid them like the plague. They are rude and obnoxious. Utterly unprofessional.
