Rachael's Designa Cake Darwin

Would have given Zero star if possible. Tried ordering a cake from Rachael and she was very rude and arrogant. Was spoken to in a very condescending manner. I was asked to "go and order a cake from Coles and Woolworths since i can't afford hers". Knowing fully well that i was a returning customer. Customer service is 0/10. Found Rachael to be very dishonest and racially discriminated with the way i was attacked, just because i only wanted to patronize her. Absolutely disgusting and would never order from her again. Funny how bullies are quick to call other people bullies. You were the one messaging me at 2.23AM (I have proofs). I never messaged you at 3AM as you're being dishonest AGAIN. You mentioned in quote "that you give quotes to suit your budgets ". Next minute, you were giving me conflicting information. I tried to clarify things with you to make sure we were on the same page, then you started abusing me and calling me names. As if that was not enough, you went ahead and blocked me off. You clearly do not know what customer right /etiquette is all about for a business owner. I never insulted, abused or called you names. I still have all the conversations on my phone. Like you said, yes this incident happened months ago, but I felt the need to speak up after a friend of mine encountered a horrible experience with you again, which was uncalled for. Maybe you should try taking anger management class before dealing with people.

Rachael is absolutely an amazing beautiful busy lady! Her passion and skills in her cakes are absolutely sensational. The dedication, attention to detail are the next level!!! The cakes she makes are magical,breathtaking and a cake you will remember for the rest of your life (makes any ones celebration one to be remembered)! 🖤
