The Cheesecake Shop Palmerston (NT)

Spent $50 on a Choc mint b'day cake that looked terrible!! Nothing like what is shown on the website, hardly anything on top of it in comparison. The cake itself was delicious but when you spend that much on a cake you expect there to be some effort put into the presentation. I ended up having to spend more money on it fixing it up to make it look presentable! Very disappointing!!

Pre order my daughters birthday cake a month ago, making sure it’s chocolate sponge as my daughter dislike vanilla (payed extra for the switch too) and payed a deposit. Husband goes in to pick it up the cake this morning at 9am for a party at 11am and the cake hasn’t been made. They did apologise and offer a vanilla cake and take off the extra I payed, but still payed full price. What is one to do when birthday party is in 2 hours but pay for a vanilla cake. Absolutely shattered and disgusted that no discount was offered for your stuff up. Now my daughter has a cake she will not eat on her birthday. Will never order from this shop again. And will be making sure that people are aware of your negligence

I had the most amazing birthday cake, i was a little bit nervous because i have never tried rainbow cake, but it was totally worth it! full of flavour, rich, creamy, moist, all things you want on a birthday cake, could not recommend it enough, thanks Cheesecake Shop Gateway!!

The Cake is what I wanted BUT I paid $20 for a centre price of Batman. This is not what I envisaged.

Great friendly staff love the cakes. Love this place highly recommend.
