I have found Tina Percy, from By The Rules Conveyancing/Solicitors, to be extremely helpful, articulate, organised, polite and punctual. Tina offers reliable and honest advice to her clients, is pro-active with her communication and is clearly very experienced at her role, throughout the contract of sale process. I would highly recommend Tina and her team, to anyone requiring property transaction representation.
Wouldn't recommend. They were tardy with email replies & returning phone calls. Quite frankly unprofessional on the custom service front. My biggest issue was their inability to get information correct on important correspondence.
This is the second time that Tamara has handled my conveyancing. Same as the first time, a very easy process with great communication. Would highly recommend.
