We had a scheduled 8 hr electricity outage due to development works across the street. Darren from GNB Energy was coordinating this. We contacted him after a letter drop to explain we had essential medical equipment and would find it difficult to manage such a long outage. We had several conversations over a few days discussing various options and he managed to keep our power on for the whole day. Darren listened to our concerns. He managed a solution that worked for all parties with tight time constraints. He went above and beyond by contacting us the day after the outage to make sure things were OK. Outstanding work!
