I have been a happy customer for 10 years spending some $300 annually. But my latest experience with the new manager/owner was extremely disappointing. The friendly young man did not seem to know the business and the grumpy middle aged woman was less then helpful. The end result was a very small basket a flowers that while well prepared did not represent value for $150 price tag. They have lost a regular customer.

Well, I won't recommend anyone to shop here! They took my order and promised for same-day delivery, but at 4 pm later, I received a text message from them mentioning it won't be possible. In my mind, I thought why took the order and then gave such late notice. The delivery was for my mother in law's 70th birthday, and I had to try to organise with my sister in law to collect the flowers which she was happy to do so. But then later, she told me that the florist was extremely rude to her and complained that she came too soon to collect the flowers. Also, the flowers that I ordered look so different, especially the vase design, and the colour tone of the flowers seems entirely off from the version displays on their webpage. The price paid certainly not match with the value. I am extremely disappointed!
