Organised an arrangement to be sent to a coworker for their birthday. The flowers were made and sent out in a timely manner which was great however, the courier did not show up. Having to contact and try and track where they went was beyond frustrating. Estelle’s were able to reorganise another bouquet to be sent out just in time. They were really beautiful flowers however, we feel the courier they originally used let them down by failing to show up.

I was really disappointed with this florist. What was discussed was not delivered. I spent $150 On a boxed arrangement for a small posy to arrive. Granted the cost of flowers is currently more than usual, but this was not communicated. The arrangement was boring and absolutely not what I wanted for the special occasion it was purchased for. Couldn’t even return my call and I had to chase them up. They were personally nice but I won’t be back.
