Have had 2 dealings with Flowers by Elise in the last few months, receiving flowers and ordering flowers. Very happy and pleased with both of my experiences. Beautiful flowers and really lovely shop and staff.

Rude and aggressive behaviour. Constantly deletes negative comments on her own pages. The response from the owner is a perfect example of her rudeness, I have on 2 occasions spoken with her and both times she was incredibly rude. One occasion she recommended that I would be better off buying flowers from Coles, when I commented that the flowers shown to me did not look very fresh.

Absolutely stunning arrangement, thank you very much. Highly recommend.

Beautiful flowers promptly delivered

Placed an order on Thursday 13th am. Collected 2 of the 3 orders for personal delivery. 1 arrangement was not as ordered that I had seen on Website....took them anyway. Other order was for a delivery on Monday 17th to be delivered a.m. Was delivered after lunch. Not what I had ordered. How many people have this same experience!!! Not a happy customer and no longer will I use this business...sadly. I had been honest when placing the order, as I had the total of the cost of the orders to pay over the phone. When the florist added it up again when I said that it was more than she totalled, she thanked me for my honesty. Very good but not happy still with this.....
