The service is rubbish. We walked around for over half an hour, being one of only a very small number of customers in the store, and we weren't approached once by any staff. We saw three different staff members walk right past us, as though we were invisible.nThe staff are disinterested and seem to have limited knowledge of their products.nnThe only upside is that they are well stocked, probably because people walk out not buying things because they weren't served.

I am surprised with the 'not so good comments' about Masters North Lakes. I have always found the staff awesome, friendly and very helpful. I also really love the different products you are able to choose from in Masters. Just love, love the plants. I will say I havent been for a short awhilendue to work commitments and I dont believe in taking animals shopping with me. To me pets are happier at home in my opinion.
