Great customer service by josh, even tho we ran into a few hiccups. He got it sorted on the spot, stayed professional, and delivered outstanding customer service.
Purchased a soldering torch a couple of weeks ago, went to use it today and it was faulty so I put it back in its packet and took it back, bloke behind the counter wouldn't even look at it to determine it was faulty just said, nope not accepting it without the receipt even though I could show the purchase from my phone. Not worth arguing over, I drove home, got the receipt and went back, same guy still refused to refund me stating he needs to speak to the rep! I said to him, I purchased this product here, you have the receipt and it's clearly faulty so under consumer Law you have to give me a refund. He replied with they are the rules here. I've looked on their website at their returns policy and it even states that faulty goods are refunded, nothing about leaving the product and receipt and waiting for the rep! I sure won't be buying anything from them again.
Really friendly and helpful. Lots of product on shelf and good price range.
