It is rare that I recommend a business so highly. Every component of our dealings with this business was of the highest standard. From initial inspections (where the guys climbed onto the roof, completed thorough inspections, took photos of every detail needing attention and sent a detailed report including a comprehensive suite of photos); to the organization of and the completion of the roof works, including the application of a roof membrane (after all repairs and new tiles had been finalized/constructed). Wow! It is definitely a lot cooler under/in the house. Even the Possum Man (who we had to hire, to remove a family of possums from the ceiling, who could no longer exit because the Roof area is now truly animal proofed (no more access holes); commented that it feels much cooler under the roof than outside. Even further - the follow up photo album showcasing works done and temperature differences between roof area and surrounding yard/s was again of the highest standard and very professionally presented. Now for the most amazing bit: they came in with the lowest quote! I highly recommend this business and will definitely use them again for any roof works I might require in the future. Mikk was very professional and polite to deal with, importantly he does what he said he will do,, on time and without being chased up. Mikks team applied Heat Reflective Cool Roof paint before a solar install. Care was taken to protect items from over spray.
