I went over today to do my tax return as soon as I sat on the seat opposite the accountant waiting, while I was asking her questions and there was another lady that came after me.nSo told to me to wait while serve the other lady then she will get back to me.nI got up straight up straight away and walk away.nThis is not how you serve your customers its supposed to be first come first serve.nI was very disappointed in them and never again.

Do not go to this place. When I went there, they had no receptionist and the lady doing my return had to keep answering phones and serve walk in customers, in the end my tax return was wrong even after 2 x rebates were proposed to me so i had to engage an accountant to fill in my return and get an accurate rebate back for me. Then to really add insult to injury, they send me a bill and threatened legal action if I did not pay. Worse company ever.

If you ever decided to go to ITP at their North Lakes office for your tax return or whatever, never go to their kiosk at the shopping mall. Go to their office at North Lakes Dr instead. For some reason, their online booking system books you to the kiosk by default and then you have to deal with some wired unprofessional accountant who keeps nagging about slow internet, broken computer or something else.
