Raz painting recently caused around $1000 damage to my car while spray painting a commercial building next to where I was parked. My white car now covered in a mist of blue oil paint. On the upside they admitted fault and referred me to a car cleaner but before my car could get cleaned, they pulled the plug on the job. Their reason for cancelling was over a dispute with their client, totally unrelated to my car damage. Attempted to explore my options as to how best fix my car. Called my insurance company & also asked at my local police station in case I could get an incident report, proving I wasn't at fault. After being advised this involved making a criminal charge I let it go as it wasn't my intention to lay any charges. However, when Mr Zaher, of Raz Painting, got wind that I visited the police, he called me and abused me with crude and profane language, vowing to never fix my car and continued swearing at me before abruptly hanging up. Raz Painting, your website claims 'female-friendly service'. Hmmm If you're looking for professional, competent, polite painters for your next job, I would give this company a definite miss. If they were professional they would do the right thing and use their public liability (if they have any) to fix damage. If they were competent, they would know how to avoid damaging other people's property. If they were polite, they would communicate without four letter expletives.
