I've shopped at a few Spotlights over the years, especially when I was actively sewing. I've often found the aisles too close together for the amount of foot traffic. Spotlight Fountain Gate felt more roomy and the square grid layout easy to follow. I called ahead looking for Sequin and Bead Pins (or rather Short pins). The staff were friendly and helpful. They put aside the items I was looking for for me to collect that day. I was told to head to Haberdashery at the very back of the store. Upon entering silly me walked in and straight ahead to what I thought was the back. Nope! Should have taken a right. Thankfully they have patient staff who got me there in the end! Thanks team. :)

Had an great experience today at the store trying to track down some curtains for my lounge room, one of those many tasks that can seem frustrating. Young guy named John was more than happy to direct us through the swarms of people and kindly helped my wife and I choose the correct fitting curtains. Top notch work. All hanging up now and look fantastic.

Was able to purchase everything after months of lockdown. Helpful staff enabling me to find what I wanted. Able to purchase some really good bargains at greatly reduced prices. If you want to purchase material it is a bit of a wait at the cutting tables though. They need more of these, as always very busy. Good experience anyway.

Had a little trouble collecting on line order due to electronic hardware.. But eventually sorted. Staff were most helpful, polite and totally customer service. No hesitation recommending. Great blinds i ordered.

I haven't been to spotlight for sometime now and when I went shopping yesterday I found the staff a f2f to be most helpful also polite, friendly and helpful although I have n o.o t iced t that your cottonseed for crocheting was very limited amount where last time I shopped which is a while ago had a huge amount of cottons and brands. Otherwise I must say I was a happy customer. 🙂
