Went there for curtain shopping which I loved their range of products. However when my family asked for assistance, a lady called Nadia was really rude to us. Her attitude sounded really demeaning, as if the questions we asked were that of 'common knowledge'. Not only that, she seemed annoyed at the fact she was asked for help and had to answer some things we were not sure about. In the end another customer saw how lost we were and she started helping us herself! She helped us based on how she managed her own curtains and designs for her house. How ironic that the one working there was not only rude, but of no assistance at all.
Worse experience ever. A lady who said she was the manager (surprisingly) refuse to let my own mother pick up an order for her daughter 🤣despite me giving her my id, bank, phone number and even facetime cause she needed to know that I'm real 🤣It takes an hour from our house to that place and what we get is nothing but disappointment and rudeness.
DON'T TRY TO TALK TO THEM THEY DON'T CARE ABOUT YOU.
Good range and prices. Friendly staff. The curtain lady that came to my house to measure curtains was excellent.
Big place, lots to look at but some things were really difficult to find. One particular staff member was very sassy to myself and other customers. Some people shouldn't be in customer service if they don't like customer interaction.
Lot of parking spaces. Friendly and very helpful staff. Love the idea of price check.
