It is was it is. lots of donors so nice facilities but same cold and unfriendly feeling wit a very dated, boring approach to Judaism. The Rabbi and many of the staff are instated due to being related or marrying into a promineent and powerful Melbourne Chabad family. Don't expect them to love their jobs of show empathy for a non-religious individual.
