Angaston Hardware is one of those good old fashioned, independently owned hardware stores that rejects the franchising and major brand commercial models in favour of great prices, a genuinely helpful range and personal service!nnWe rented mountain bikes from here, at a great rate compared to other providers in the district. I can recommend this place to tourists as a great place to rent bikes.nnWe rode down the tourist rail trail to Nuriootpa and then out to Greenock, along the highway. The hybrid bikes suited the terrain well and despite us both being quite out of shape, the rail trail made it easy enough to ride back up the hill to Angaston after a few wines!nnThanks Angaston Hardware store, we’ll be back!
