Takeaway is fine, but the place itself never really feels very clean though
I'm a regular here, most drinks are good but their service is a little bad. Almost every time I order something they manage to miss something in it or add something I didn't specify thus I pay more or less and don't get what I ordered. But I don't ask for remake because I don't want to waste the drink
Tasted just fine, a bit too light for me
Rude staff unfriendly and cup stamp did not update even though I scanned. Made mistakes with my order.
Great teas, horrible service. Shouting out numbers, zero eye contact, we-don't-need-your-business-attitide galore. MOST especially the cashier today. Interrupted me with no reason whatsoever. Rude. Pouty. Hates her job. Horrid.
