Went in, asked for pineapple black tea, was told they didn’t have it, wasn’t offered anything else she just stared at me. I looked over the menu and got a pineapple green tea thinking it would be the most similar and I paid $6.30 for a medium, I got my tea quickly and left. Walked 50m outside tried to pierce the lid with the straw and it was just bending. then my cup completely split down the side all over the street. I was heading somewhere so I called them to let them know that I was disappointed, I was passed around on the phone until someone finally offered to make me another one. I went back in showed her the cup and they quickly replaced it but the tea didn’t taste nice at all. Throughly disappointed that I paid that much (time and money) for a tea I took 2 sips of and threw away.

YiFang is located in a small store at the end of King William St where it meets North Tce. The selection of beverages available is a bit limited compared to other Asian tea chains, but the ones I've tried are very delicious and refreshing. Fruit teas are their speciality. Service is quick, mostly because I am the only customer whenever I come in. My favourites at YiFang would be the Roselle lemonade and the blueberry smoothie.

I love the new mango smoothie have not tried the other drinks yet. Fast customer service. Seating area is small. Inside is a bit small. They have a charging station.

If you love traditional Asian flavours this is a good choice! Very clean and friendly store.

They only provide employees with an AUD 5 hourly. Do you think the quality of the product can be guaranteed?
