Castle Plaza Shiels has really lovely helpful staff and we found a greater range than Marion store.

I think Shiels Castle Plaza Edwardstown is the best Shiels store in South Australia and I'll tell you why...nIt's clean, dust free and the display windows always have something different so you can find something new all the time BUT this is not the reason why I think this is the best Shiels store. These are just added bonuses. The reason is the staff. I'm talking about Betty the Manager and Ivana. They are the reason I go back time and time again. Good job Shiels for employing such wonderful dedicated ladies at your Castle Plaza store - Well Done !! I do not live close to Edwardstown and there are stores closer to me but I have been to those stores before and have been disappointed. We then came across Shiels at Castle Plaza purely by accident and have never looked back.nBetty the Manager is the kindest most caring lady. I have cancer and my mum is 87 years old. She is respectful and genuine. She always greets us with a smile, offers my mum a seat and asks me what I'm looking for then proceeds to show me different pieces of jewellery. She is very knowledgeable and she also knows what looks good on me. I love love love all the jewellery she has sold me. She always makes me smile, feel good about myself and makes me look beautiful in my new jewellery. What I love about Betty is she's not pushy or forceful. She's honest and I trust her opinion 100%. I'm grateful to her for the kindness she shows me and for always asking me how I'm feeling. She knows everything about Gold, Silver, Rose Gold and Diamonds and I love all 4 !!! She clearly loves her job and is a very dedicated Manager.nIvana is a lovely lady. She is warm and is always happy. She makes me feel comfortable and relaxed while looking through the jewellery. It's almost like visiting family because I feel so happy when I go into their store. It's obvious she loves her job and working with Betty. They make a great team.nBoth ladies work very hard and there's not much I miss when I'm in there. I notice that if they are both busy with customers they always acknowledge someone who walks in to the store. They smile and say hello and that someone will be with them shortly. How wonderful is that !! You feel important, you feel that you matter and it's great not to be ignored. Thank you ladies. I think you both are wonderful and I just love coming in and I love the fact that I never walk out empty handed. Jewellery makes me happy... Great service makes me happy.... You both make me happy....nTHANK YOU ❤
