Jarvis Barossa

We had a fantastic experience with Bob from Isuzu in the Barossa. We needed to act quickly and we felt this was recognised by Bob who responded accordingly. His communication was excellent and his advice was spot on. Clear, concise and on the money. Overall, an excellent buying experience and at the end of the process, a new car which we love.

Jarvis Barossa were really good. Aaron was very patient and helpful while my family were looking at the car initially. He also spent time making sure the car was right for us and that I understood the many features of the car when I picked it up. Aaron was easy to talk to and showed a keen attitude throughout the whole buying process.

Very disappointed. My mother purchased a second owner vehicle here, it did not come with an owner's manual or service logbook. I have tried to contact the service department to find out what is due at a 100,000km service but they will not return my call.nMy aunt also has been a loyal customer for years until they quoted over $1200 to replace a window regulator. I am a self employed mechanic and was able to replace it for her for $550 and I still made a healthy profit.nDaylight robbery from Jarvis Barossa.

Disgusted that a Fixed Price Service for $120 ended up at $426.nSomeone in the service department seemingly decided it was reasonable to undertake UNAUTHORIZED wheel alignment, tyre rotation, wheel balance and full suspension check for an additional $180.nSo angry at these people.

The staff were friendly and helpful.. apart from the lack of communication the day before my car was booked in to be serviced I'm happy with the service provided.. especially Ben in the service department
