Decided not to order anything because noticed kitchen staff not wearing caps. How about show some respect and keep up with personal hygiene guys.

Young man that served us at about 17:30 was very polite and upsold well! The lady who handed us our meal was super friendly, too! My only complaint would be that the loaded fries didn't have much topping, but were tasty nonetheless.

Poor customer service! I ordered their $5 Rippa Lunch and the cashier didn't let me order as it was already 4:01pm. Their promo was until 4pm. But because no one was there in the counter when I came in (another customer was also on queue), we were just standing there in front of the counter (few minutes before 4pm) waiting for the cashier to show up! The lady cashier didn't even bother to ask me or suggest other products that I can order as alternative. She has no name badge so I wasn't able get her name. *05/01/2020 Sunday at 4:01pm at Morley Galleria.

About as good as you'd expect. Had to repeat my order 3 times and she still got it wrong, it's not busy she just had no idea what she was doing.

So dilicious place and good price
