I ordered sweet potato fries, you provided plain fries. I paid for sweet potato. I just tried ringing your restaurant, no answer and number appears out of service. Otherwise, all good.

No chips at dinner time on a Thursday night got potato gems instead that were so stale it was completely inedible even drowned in gravy. Ordered 2 large rolls only had 1 available, again so stale it was like biting a brick and the meat was so dry it could be used to start a fire. A waste of time and money.

Got food after 25 mints pretty bad for fast food restaurant.. but they forgot to give us the fries. Had to wait for it again as they had to make fresh ones.. waited another 10 mints and finished our food without the chips as they had given to other people and ask us to wait another 5 mints and they will give us large instead of regular. But we had enough that time and didnt wanted to to wait anymore. So we left no refund was offered..ud83dudc4eud83dudc4eud83dudc4eud83dudc4eud83dudc4e

Disgraceful.nWanted to order sweet potato chips which were on the menu. Then she told me they dont have sweet potato chips. So I changed my order to a tropical jacket potato. It is obvious that the person working in the kitchen does not come out of the cooking trade. It tasted so bland. The bacon was hiding at the bottom of the potato along with the half a teaspoon of cheese. Topped of with a cold slice of tinned pineapple. I think the franchise needs to control their shops better and teach them basics about cooking. We eint be back. Expensive and bad.

Undercooked Jacket Potato with miniature piece of meat and small onion, barely edible, vey disappointed.
