Nando's Westfield Carousel

Whenever I order from this restaurant, my food never arrives, comes cold or is always missing (if takeaway).nThese actions are not respecting the customer.nnUsed to love this place but there needs to be an improvement in the staff handling meals and efficiency in orders.

My Dad went to get my dinner. My order was 4 Grilled Tenderloins Mild and a Regular Peri-Peri Chips. Well, I received my Tenderloins, but received normal chips. Where was the Peri-Peri? Not happy Jan! I'm unwell and was counting on my Peri-Peri Chips. Next time I will make sure you get it right.

Great value for money and quality. Great option for a Sunday evening in Perth. I had a beautiful lemon and herbs chicken, sweet potato chips, spicy rice and broccolini. I signed up for Peri-Perks (loyalty program) and sounds promising. Definitely will come back

Good food. Affordable. Loved the Nandos rewards program. Though next time they should be more water conscious as they have a leak on their faucet and they left it running the whole day.nnOk. A postnote.nnToday 11.11 we ate here and the staff were very proactive. Loved the lady (Asian looking, older not the teenager one) that was so friendly and helpful. Hubby was happy.❤ufe0f

This business needs a better ordering system.nI pick up my order on time only to find my food cold due to sitting on standby.nThey make nice food but it's overpriced as it is and needs to be on time to be enjoyed.nEat in resturant if you want fresh food.nIf you want to pre order then don't bother.
