I got there earlier than opening and the staff were hurrying quickly to make sure they were able to serve me on time. The crew were awesome. The drive thru area needs a bit of attention, otherwise they rock.

Ordered online for delivery, waited over an hour for it until I eventually called only to be told they didn't have a driver. I understand being understaffed, but having zero communication of delivery, then to be asked to come and pick it up myself because they didn't have a driver was just unprofessional.

This was the most disgustingly dirty red rooster I have ever been in.nAll the tables were greasy and the toilet was disgusting with the seat ripped off laying on the ground next to it.nI had planned to dine in, but after seeing how dirty it was I chose to eat in my car.nAvoid at all costs would be my suggestion.

Good.. Although parking needs to be much much better..nShared parking with other nearby stores.. Creates parking havoc

Took takeaway twice. Once, the buttermilk wings had more fried feathers than meat and the other time, the chicken smelled rancid. May be they use stale oil repeatedly, the chicken pieces tasted bitter.
