Alistair Mann followed up and met with Glen immediately. Within a few days he touched base with questions for clarification, and within just over a week was able to deliver his draft for our review.nThe quality of his work was exceptional - clearly very experienced in his field - as he was able to transform Glen's initial application into wording that met with IP Australia standards, while at the same time included issues that we had not thought of.nAlistair's approach was prompt and very professional.
