I went there few months ago(December). Walked in. Greeted politely, attended well and staffs were extremely polite. We had a gentleman attentive enough to not leave us pouring our wine ourselves,and the manager was a lovely person. Steak and wine were great.We had a good meal and time. Staffs were competent and 5 Stars ranked. I finally found a legit fine dining place in Perth.nnOn April, we decided to revisit, this time with a booking. Yup, the different person so called manager wasn't pleased to see us. Not welcoming, no smile. And seated us in the middle of everyone. People cramped together left and right. Only for 5 Tables on a quiet night.She acted so superior, I have no idea that waitress supervisor can be so arrogant, and don't get the attitude.Terrible vibe. The food was terrible, maybe different chef, different staff .But I know who worked that night, were not those I saw months ago.nnToo bad. Good luck.

Saw this place as I was driving past and decided to give it a go for dinner. So so glad that we did! Absolutely everything we tried was beautifully flavoured and cooked to perfection.nnBest Calamari that I've ever had. My friend had the steak and it was perfectly cooked and he seemed like he fell in love. I tried the red wine jus that came with it and was blown away.nThe prices are on the higher side, but it's absolutely worth the price!nnAbsolutely beautiful place as well. Total 5 star experience.nWill 100% be back again!

Tell your admin or manager at the entrance to be more polite with entering guests. It doesn’t matter who enters your place. Rich or poor, young or old, teach your management stuff some respect. Otherwise you should fire her and put on her place big strong security guard with angry face. No one will notice the difference. So why to pay more for the beauty. When as a result you got opposite effect. Take your admin to etiquette courses. With all the best to your family. Take care.

Great to return to a favourite place. Zafferano took over in July 2020 and tonight was booked solid. Very eager staff - a bit to learn - great food from start to finish.nWill be back.
