I would like to say on Saturday 9th January.nI came in to use my gift card from Christmas. I waited in a small queue to be seen. Wasn't in the best of moods. But I saw the most beautiful shop attendant. She had the best smile and manner. Her customer service was excellent.nAn asset to your company. Thank you.
This was absolutely terrible!! I have never had worse customer service in my life. The girls here are so incredibly rude and unhelpful. I was told to come back with a receipt to change a brand new ring that is too big for me and I was turned away twice very rudely. However because my other Pandora ring is completely tarnished because the rose gold is the worst quality out, I can easily swap that one straight off my finger without a box. If I was told simply the right thing the first time, then I wouldn’t be so bothered but I was told to come back with the receipt for it to be exchanged and was rudely turned away again.nThe worst service and honestly terrible quality of rings. I will definitely not be getting anything from this store again. I’ll be letting people know to do the same.
Nice and small store, jewellery is comparatively at reasonable prices.
Absolutely rude staff!!! I waited 15 mins and was ignored the whole time!!! No “Hi, How are you?”, no “so sorry for the long wait, we appreciate your patience”, absolutely nothing!!! Would shop at other jewellery store like Michael Hills where you are treated like a human being than ever go to pandora!!!!
One of the sales staff was quite rude but the other ones seemed nice
