First time here and really don't think I will go again. Although the hot chocolate was very nice the service was appauling. Booked a table for 6 and arrived to find 3 chairs. They messed up our order and at least 2 other tables that we saw. Our food was served and finished and still no drinks. Then one drink came and was nearly finished before we had to ask for the remainder of our drinks. I understand it was mothers day, but they knew that, we had to pay a deposit which they couldn't find record of, and should have had staff that knew what they were doing. Totally not happy with the experience
Great coffee, very big sizes and always open in the late afternoon.
Always good coffee & chocolate. Milk different not as good for the coffee. Great staff & gifts.
Friendly, attentive and upbeat staff, fresh and generous breakfast and lunch menu, as well as a tasty and varied selection of chocolates, desserts and drinks. Lovely to be able to see into the chocolate-making rooms as well. Roomy seating and ample parking. In spite of the proximity to Cross Rd, the traffic noise isn't noticeable.
