This was Brisbane International departures. Very speedy and smooth.
Terrible money grabbing airline. After flying with them exclusively for the most of my adult life, I feel forced to boycott them with this current and most recent experience (which is way too involved to go into here) but basically there is no kind of management or service person that can help me with my issue, only an email address to send my feedback to. I am in tears and can’t wait to go home. I spent $1500 to do a return trip from Melbourne to Brisbane and needed to change the date to go back early and was downgraded to economy class, I have come early to do some work in the lounge but there is no understanding, only the blanket response about terms and conditions. Absolute thief’s.

A great company with excellent service and quality aircraft. We have traveled several times and the attention is the same.
