OK nothing special, but I am a bit biased having predominantly been flying Qantas only for the past 11 years and mostly overseas. And in fact have just flow into Brisbane from Cairns on Qantas where the in flight snacks are provided in with the cost of the ticket.

Virgin Business class had done a fantastic job with customer service. Their lounge area is large and spacious for breakfast, lunch and dinner with a full buffet, cold section, beer on tap and daily newspaper to start the day. If you need something, ask and they will help get it for you every time. On the plane try were fantastic for their customers.
