Great safe place to park car while away for holidays. Price was great for the week. Left mine here (indoor parking) while on cruise, came back car was as I left it. Staff helpful, courtesy bus to take you terminal.
I have had no Problems with this company looking after my Vehicle.I booked the car in for the 13/3 to the 24/3, which was fine Off we travel. On the 15/3 we were advised by Australian Prime minister that all Aussie travellers were to return home From overseas due to the Norovirus. So we contacted Qantas and they were really great getting us a flight back to Brisbane on the Monday Morning.Anyway I emailed Portside parking to find out about the refund of the remaining days paid for, no reply back. I called them and a guy answered was absolutely rude didn’t want to hear what I had to say and hung up.If he hadn’t if hung up and listened it would be fine but since he did hang up I’m sending this complaint to A Current Affair. I know it says no refunds for early returns but because this was out of my control they should compensate me.
