Northgate Early Learning & Kindergarten

Worst decision we ever made. We couldn't have our son for even a week. Apart from reception girls who where always very friendly and helpful. The rest of staff from Kindy room where always very unfriendly and rude and we felt our son wasn't in good hands. Even spoke with manager who told us about policies that don't even exist.nHave friends who already had issues with them and we thought they were exaggerating but sadly we experienced same lack of care and professionalism.nVery disappointed.

Altho our time was short at Northgate childcare and Kindy, we were welcomed with open arms and my son was made to feel at home. All staff are lovley and really help with easing your mind of leaving your baby for the first time. We loved being able to receive photo updates of his day.5/5, I highly recommend.

Love the Educators here, so caring and loving toward my baby! I get photo updates through the KeptMe app whenever he attends care and love seeing how much fun he has. I feel at ease knowing that he is well taken care of while I'm at work. Great centre.

Nice spacious rooms with large shaded outside areas for children to play. Friendly personnel. Good, healthy food. Large groups of children which means less individual attention to them but it is a good environment to socialise and to become more independent. Overall I am quite happy with the service they provide. My baby likes it too.
