Ralf is a trustworthy guy, who knows how to take care of his customers. I have rarely seen that in car dealerships. Definitely deserves 5 stars if not more.

Absolutely livid with the service! Locked in to buy a car we had looked at it, decided we wanted it he asked us to book in for test drive we said great went with his best convinience the next morning which was 10am. Sent a text at 9.50am to say we were running late, got a reply of sorry a guy looked at it yesterday and is coming to buy this morning. Even though he told us on the phone the night before he was taking it off the market for us. He's excuse was he has to pay bills obviously needed the money 10minute earlier. Its clearly just about the dollar for this guy! So wouldn't trust what he sells now knowing that.
