I am a real customer so don't try and say I am not. I brought a lemon car last year from this place. Price was just over $4500 from memory. Booked it in for a service with my mechanic. Mechanic bill was $1800 worth of problems. Almost half of what I paid for the car and only had this car 6 months. They don't care. I spoke to them on facebook about it and they asked what was wrong with it so i send a photo of my mechanic bill showing them. Never heard back from them again. Oh yeah and having more problems with the car.nThose who are saying why didn't I contact them, I did numerous times, and their mechanic is dodgy as never fixed anything properly. The day I brought the car driving home the spanner light on the dashboard came on and the issues started then not 6 months time. Once you pay for the car they don't want to know you. Funny most of the positive ratings are workers and friends of workers. Looks like I'm not the only one that had issues

Absolutely perfect service, the family is so sweet and nice while they’re professional as well. They try to help you out as much as they can and offer cars at great prices. One of the few dealers who stick to what they say.

Purchased a 2010 Holden Cruze from road and track 3 weeks ago.nThe manager Jake Sampson is a young lad true to his word. I would not hesitate to do business with this family run company again. There were several issues with the vehicle, like you would expect with a second hand 12 year old vehicle. One was the handbrake, the other a dash light repeatedly coming on. Both issues were resolved properly and promptly under warranty. Jake also threw in three months rego, and a full detail at no extra cost.nAll other concerns and enquiries I made were dealt with as a priority. One of the few honest, helpful, and true to thier word dealerships left. Highly recommended, I will probably buy my next car from here as well. Jake also allowed me to leave the vehicle I drove to the yard in, in the dealerships yard, and actually sold it for me two weeks later at no charge. If that's not customer satisfaction, you tell me what is.nGOOD JOB ROAD & TRACK!

Not great at all. My car start getting problem in less than 2 months. They silicone my Throttle body instead of replacing them. I keep taking my car to them but never fix my actual problem. I wish to give zero star if I can but cannot. Not recommend at all.nThey Kinna get mad while taking car after having problem. I have to spend Few grands to fix the problems. Not professional at all.

so happy with the service i received from Road & Track Motors. they went above and beyond to ensure I was happy with my car and the entire team are so professional, thoughtful and strived to have a thorough understanding of my wishes of my dream car. could not thank them enough!!!!!
