This would have to be the most frustrating time I have ever had trying to contact any company or organisation.n11 minutes on hold the first time I rang, after much searching online I eventually found an email address. My email would not submit. Back on the phone again and so far I have been on hold for another 15 minutes.nI cannot even rate the service because I cannot actually speak to anyone.nThis is waaaaay worse than calling Centrelink!!! ud83dude21ud83dude21ud83dude21ud83dude21nIf you are looking for a Super Fund I can recommend you find one that will actually communicate with you.n25 minutes on hold. I give up now. What an atrocious lack of service.
