Best to arrive early so you don't have to wait for a seat as it is a small location with limited seating downstairs. Tried the Kara Kara spicy chicken and it was really tasty. It wasn't over the top spicy but had good heat to it. The chicken was also moist and juicy. Unfortunately the restaurant has low air-conditioning so it was quite warm on a humid day. Worker was really friendly and apologetic but the service was great.

A delicious spot for lunch. Prices are reasonable (about $14-15) for a tasty lunch set including rice, miso soup, and a little side salad. The teriyaki salmon set looked small when it came out, but turned out to be the perfect amount of food with its 4x perfectly cooked chunky slices of salmon and delicious sticky teriyaki glaze.nHighly recommended!

Favourite Japanese restaurant in Perth- visiting Japanese clients and colleagues love it and I think that itself says a lot about the authenticity of the food. It's located in an underground cozy little space which I feel adds to the atmosphere.. don't expect fancy settings here. Must try: steamed clams in sake..teriyaki chicken thigh with spring onion skewers and shio pork belly skewers.

The food and service here is always really good. Abit disappointed as they no longer serve ramen as that was one of my usual go-to. But there's always other dishes to have. I love that they offer a daily special as well.

. Food tasted good what you received but very tiny portions for cost. Found it very expensive for what you received. Main dish over 24$ and were lucky for 4 of us to get two tiny pieces of thin meat. Small bowl rice $5. Atmosphere is good bit noisy when full. Only one staff and helper but were very friendly
