Andrew offered me great detail on a camper van he has for sale, I'm in Perth so I valued the video as well and felt confident he represented it honestly. I was offered everything I required to make a decision including a 3rd party mechanic to report on the general condition of the van. This was all done in 24 hours - great service!

My wife and myself where looking for a van and found one that we liked , we asked the young salesman some questions about the van and basically he didn’t know the answers and wasn’t in a hurry to find the answers. He said that they are not normally negotiable on prices and if we put our other van on contract as a condition of sale he would only give us two weeks grace, so we went looking in other places, a week later we returned to have another look and the same young bloke was talking to another worker and didn’t even bother with us, I said to the wife if they are like this before we buy a van what will it be like after so we get one, we bought one somewhere else. I’m sure there is better salesman there and they would of made a sale that day but they missed out with our money because of poor efforts from this young bloke.

For all those that gave a deserved 1 star, you are all lucky if you didn't buy from these people, not very ethical, take it from me, would not have bought there had we had any sense or other choice. Camperagent, dont answer with a “sorry, if you would like to discuss then ring “..we did discuss and you still didn’t fix, cost us a lot of money, elsewhere of course.
