Arrived on time to my scheduled appointment with sales personnel, stood around for 20 minutes whilst the chap continued with another customer. Reminded reception three times of my presence but wasn't offered anybody else. Took my money elsewhere.

Looking for a car, haven't made up our mind yet so didn't wanted to be pressured by car sales men. Nick at City Mazda was great. Plenty of information, left us to wander around. Offered us a coffee or water. We came back another day for a test drive. Again left us to process how we felt about the car we drove.

We picked up our New Mazda CX5 yesterday from a young sales consultant Jarrod Searle and we are totally happy with both.. the service and professionalism were worth 11 out of 10..Jarrod didn't do customer satisfaction he did customer delight...We don't know what he is getting paid but it is not enough.
