Very rude, and scammer too, I just had a question of what was the cause of bubble coming out of my dieselfilter unit, and they told me the injector pump needs to be replaced for 2500 $, as soon as I asked how a faulty pump leads bubble coming out of the filter unit towards the pump they became very rude.nAnd I was like, naah its not going on like that.nSo I dicided going to darwin and I tought if the pump fails it needs to be replaced anyway but in a proper workshop.nAt the end of the day I decided to changed the dieselfilter again and the problem was solved for 30 AU$

It took thousands of dollars and waited for half a month. It was the same as when it was sent, without any repairs.

Very, Very, Very Rude Mechanic. Rob was so arragant !! He thinks that he can treat other people like dogs because they have a problem with their vehicle!! I call him to repair my prado because it was over heating. He told me to bring it in Wednesday at 9pm. I just met him at reception and I was automatically told that I must not think becuase I came now that he will attend to my vehicle. I didnt even mention a word and he was arrogant with such a statement. He kept saying that I must not think I will get priority treatment , yet I didnt ask for priority treatment. Dont even take your vehicle to such arrogant person. My message to Rob, if you carry on with such disgusting behaviour then the next time you meet the wrong customer he will certainly let you have it with that arrogance ! If you dont like mechanical work , give it up and do gardening instead! CUSTOMERS ARE NOT YOUR DOGS!

I love this place because they put cars back on the road.
