I approached Gray's following a negative experience with a previous accountant. I sought out support in bringing my business accounts up to date and was relatively happy with the experience at the time.nnI brought on a new book keeper shortly after my dealings with Gray's who was to be responsible for keeping me up to date thereafter. It wasn't long before he uncovered a barrage of errors, which came about as a result of corner cutting.nnI had to commission another accountant to revise all of the work that had been done by Gray's. They denied any wrong doing, despite evidence of shoddy work and refused to compensate me accordingly.nnAn expensive mistake.

I've known Elsie Gray for approaching 20 years now, and have referred many friends and clients to her for tax advice over that time. Elsie is a delightful person who is only too happy to help , whether it's a simple personal return or a more complex audit/return for a business, SMSF or charitable organisation. Elsie is highly trustworthy and ethical, and I will continue to introduce more and more people to her.
