Ilpasto Italian Trattoria

Must have changed hands recently, the food has been consistently excellent for years but no more. Uncooked pasta and packet tasting sauce. With delicious Checchis round the corner I can't see a reason for ever coming back.

Service is very good, they were quiet busy but our food came in a very timely manner.nThey mentioned they were changing the chef, which i hope will improve the food. The food was quite good although all red dishes are mixed with pork and beef.nAnd the venue is byo only.

Not great. I had the fettucini ai funghi, which didn't have much flavour to it, and seemed to have little bits of sand in it (improperly washed mushrooms?). The staff were friendly enough, and the interior is comfy and theme-appropriate.
