Crystal Palace

We've ordered home delivery from Crystal Palace twice now, and have been more than happy. The food is fresh and delicious - lots of meat in the dishes; a refreshing change from other restaurants that give you 3-4 paltry pieces of meat/seafood a dish. The order always comes with their delicious free potato cakes and prawn chips as well - yummy!. Will definitely be ordering again.

Waited over an hour and had to leave before receiving anything more than drinks and prawn crackers. Disappointingly long wait with no explanation. In a restaurant of 5 occupied tables we didn’t expect the wait and unfortunately other tables were served their food before us as they seemed to be regulars. Just past the hour mark we asked how much longer and we’re told that as they had just served the other table that they would start cooking our meals now. We paid for our drinks and prawn crackers and left. We definitely would not return or recommend.

Cheaper than Lotus Court but not up to expectation. Smaller portion. The basic honey chicken has really (too) thick batter. Japanase tofu just ok.

Love this Chinese restaurant, they have awesome lunch time specials, I get the Chicken Chow Mein, Delicious, and Good Price.nI haven't had many main meals here but when I have, they've been Great. Do yourself a favour and grab a bite to eat here!
