Goodstart Early Learning Ingle Farm - Roopena Street

We absolutely love this centre! Have been taking our son there since he was 10 months (now almost 4 years). We recently moved and decided to try a centre closer to home instead of the 30 minute drive to get to Roopena St but it just isn't the same. We have decided to do the 30 minute drive daily because we love the staff and environment for our children and know they are in the best possible hands. Roopena St is just like our extended family it just feels like home when you walk through the door.nRebecca.

My two children attend this centre and it is brilliant! All the girls are helpful and friendly.nAnytime I need an extra day or help with anything, they are always accommodating! Switching from another centre to this centre was a hard process and the girls made it so easy for us. Couldn't rate this centre highly enough!

I have two children attending this centre and I could not rate the staff highly enough.nThe staff go out of their way to arrange new experiences for the kids (often at their own financial cost), issues are addressed quickly, and communication is excellent.nI am confident that my children are being cared for, and loved, while I am at work. Roopena Street is a fantastic centre - could not be happier!

The management team is a nightmare!nnOur little one got bullied but they never informed us about it. We thought it was just normal children business initially. Until one day we saw some bruises on his head. Our little one told us that the same kid who had bullied him pushed him off the edge of the slide!! That could have got him killed! We immediately attempted to set up a meeting with the kid's parents through the management team.nnWhat happened next? The team never gave us a proper response on that and was being evasive. The funny thing is we never saw the other kid in the remaining two weeks before we left. Coincident?nnLook somewhere else if you truly care about your kid!

My children attend this centre and it is fantastic! I see the educators go out of their way to accommodate not only my children but all of the children and are really friendly people! The perfect place for my children!
