There was complications with my son’s jewellery getting repaired, the jeweller kept getting the repairs wrong. This was leaving both my son and I extremely frustrated, however the manager and the sales staff went above and beyond in ways that I couldn’t even imagine to apologise for the mistakes and to make sure that we were happy in the end. What could have left us as disgruntled customers taking our future business elsewhere turned us around to we will definitely be repeat customers. I walked in your store just now. Only customer in the shop. You had three staff working. Every single staff member acted as if I wasn’t there. I was not acknowledged or assisted in any way. Great job Shiels, good to see your focus is on the customer.

Love this place. we get all our jewellery from here. So friendly and very helpful. If they don't have it they will try and find it.
