The young sales person is really helpful. Showed me around the car. Had a good test drive and gave a genuine reply for all the questions. Unfortunately I couldn't buy the car from him but my 5 stars would be for Jayden for giving a good experience

Wow! What an experience!nThe young guy there was extremely helpful but as all the other reviews have pointed out the older guy (boss) is a joke.nWe were keen on buying a $3000 car and I asked to test drive it and was ridiculed for wanting to test drive something only worth $3000. Along with this he was pulling the oldest sales tricks in the book, it almost made me laugh.nAnyway we had some heated words and I walked away! Glad we chose to leave, no car is worth dealing with someone like that!

Avoid this place at all costs !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I went there two days ago - no one even bothered to come out and talk to me. A total waste of my time.

I went to this car yard after speaking to a Sale person named Ricky. I found Ricky to be very polite, he answered my questions and I was considering the car, Then his boss came out, and started undoing all the work that Ricky had done. I decided to leave at this point. I did come back later that day to speak to Ricky as I felt he done a good job and I was going to buy the car however I heard his boss yelling at him and carrying on. I turned around and just left. I'm not sure if Ricky will see this review but I want him to know that if his boss didn't come along and try and take over, Ricky would have got a sale and Carnaby motors would have got a 5 star review. Because of his boss, I didn't buy a car and I will leave a poor review as the owner needs a huge reality check!

Bought a car from this place a few days ago. The owner is rude and very pushy. We could only test drive the car if we were definitely going to buy it. When I picked up the car I was not provided with my copy of the sales contract. Just the registration transfer. The next day I asked for my copy. Now I’m getting the run around. Salesman keeps telling me he will talk to the boss but never gets back to me. I doubt I will even get my copy of the contract. Avoid Carnaby motors at all costs.
