The experience of buying a replacement car was weighing heavily on my mind. Kyle Evans a salesman at Northpoint went right out of his way to help us. The unpalatable experience that I was bracing for went so well. Kyle helped us find the kind of used Corolla we were looking for quite quickly and also arrranged for us to trade in our ageing Commodore.nOverall we had a positive experience.

Service was good. They sold me a great car. Nice little photo to take home. The only downside was id recommend avoid using their finance plan. I only need a loan for a month or so and it costed me over $1400 to set up, then their were alot of hidden costs. When I paid off the car in full I was still getting charged each week. They eventually reimbursed my money but that took a while to do. Do go buy a car here if you have the money to pay upfront.

Used car dealers making a 40% profit margin on a sale should not be legal..I feel so cheated..do not recommend nor will I use future services again from Northpoint Toyota. Shop around first and dont sign anything!
