Northpoint Toyota Hillcrest

I am speaking on behalf of my mother who I have been helping purchase her new Toyota Hillux. We had ordered the car in January having a possible time of delivery in March. March comes around and no follow ups have been made in regards of the new $70,000 car. Having to touch base our selves it has been been pushed back to May. Following the months leading to May, a another call within March saying it has now been pushed to June. Endless text messages and calls to the sales rep who sold her the car, Allen. As a consumer we expect high level of after sales care, of any informative follow ups, reassurance for the car. Understanding you probably scored a huge pay cheque with a business customer as well. Running a business where Truck is needed, while having ours barely run is not helping us in regards of an efficient business. Would not recommend. This is kind of a joke at this point and wish we could have gotten our money back and shopped elsewhere.

Alan was just wonderful. Nothing was too much trouble & he made us feel special when making such a big decision buying & taking delivery of our lovely new car. Would definitely recommend ud83dude01

Staff couldnt be any more helpful or polite dissapointed about spare parts stocks as a simple brake light switch means my vehicle will have to stay there for an extra 2 days until a switch os sourced from elsewhere

This place is good very friendly staff..specialy technician highly qualified.
