I had my Golf serviced with them as they are a new dealer.nI found the friendliness I received firstly over the phone in the booking process and then in arriving for the service to be of the highest standard.nThe service was completed and when I returned afterwards, David and Sarah could not have been more helpful.nI received a complimentary car wash card that I have subsequently used and received the same first class treatment.nI can recommend from my personal experience this business and especially all the staff who are very helpful and friendly making me feel like I am a valued customer

Great customer service at very short notice. My phonecall was answered promptly and I was forwarded to David in Service Section. David looked after me from the time I arrived. The problem with a warning light was fixed quickly and David handed me the keys to my expertly washed and vacuumed car. I'll be going back to Mawson Lakes VW and highly recommend it to anyone else who wants to be treated like a valued customer in a friendly environment.

Highly recommend them. We needed urgent parts replacement for my Golf before heading back to Melbourne and we did get an early appointment, parts were ordered and delivered super quick, we got a rental car and the whole experience was just positive from start to end. From the first phone call until picking up the car, everyone was competent, supportive, understanding and very friendly. Unfortunately we live in Melbourne, otherwise this would be my first choice for future issues / services. Thumbs up!
