First Aid Darwin

Andrew did a great presentation. It was a great experience. Except I haven't got my certificate yet. I did my training on Wednesday 17 February. I would like to know when will I get my certificate?nThanks.

Very Unprofessional!!nI went for training CPR. I couldn’t find the training facility as not instructed properly and telephoning options doesn’t work. When I reached there it was 10 min delayed and trainer pop in. I explained everything what happened but he was too rude , not allowed me in and telling me you have to stay here for whole day without knowing my concern. Anyway I am not recommended anyone to go there for training. I couldn’t find the place effective. Just ruined my hours.

The amount of people in the class made it difficult to receive help when it came to learning CPR. The instructor constantly went off on tangents unrelated to the course and spent less than a minute on each slide - except for when she told a story with the slide in the background. They also responded to simple questions with a real attitude that discouraged us from asking more. I came out of the course feeling like I learnt absolutely nothing.
